IDBI Bank invites dynamic young graduates to apply for a one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) consisting of 6 months of classroom study at the respective institution, 2 months of internship and 4 months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI. Branch/office/banking center. On completion of the course, the candidate will be awarded PGDBF Certificate and will be inducted into IDBI Bank as a Junior Assistant Manager. Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of online test (test date October 20, 2023) followed by personal interview with qualified candidates during the online test.
